INOV is a disaster. Bid unpriced, ask unpriced. Last week alone it traded something between four and five BILLION shares.

Blagman has done this before. This time it's not working so well. One of two things will happen soon: the company will do a reverse split, or the SEC will shut it down.

One of the worst and most blatant examples I've ever seen of a company that exists solely for the purpose of selling stock.
