30M shares is significant if the OS is 100M shares like I estimated since that is 30% of OS! Even the OS is close to 200M shares can you say 15% of OS (30M/200M) is not significant? Anyway the problem is: nobody knows the current OS and float counts with a 2B shares huge AS!

VGTL is a very risky OTC stock due to its "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" status and I only encourage those very high-risk-tolerant investors to buy this stock because one day when one wake up he/she might see all the shares canceled (100% LOSS) by the SEC/FINRA...

The best thing we can expect here is the SEC/FINRA does not do anything against all the VGTL shareholders! I still do not understand why the USA government (SEC/FINRA) always destroy the OTC investor's interests, instead of protecting their interests which is supposed to be?
