We're looking for a partnership not a merger. Instant creditability of their MG would result from this and investors will react. I doubt we see any announcements about orders before we have a confirmed partnership agreement (unless customers making an order are cool tech's directly). They are continuing to validate and test the MG with craftsman until May 2nd (or at least that was the planned timeline)
