I agree that "OWCP will make another run for $1.20", but it will not "be by weeks end".

Due to the negative stair steps, going from 3...1.60...1.50...1.37, 1.20 will be next mountaintop, but before it can get there, it has to tank to the gutter first.

My guess: we will see .60 before 1.20
