It appears you feel like the TOS on this site has anything to do with investment sentiment or shareholder status. It doesn't. In any event, if you TOSd those posts then Admin reviewed them.

No idea (and don't care) who "they" are. If a post violates the rules, then it should be deleted. If it doesn't, it shouldn't... no matter who the poster is, no matter who the Mod is and regardless of long, short or neutral status.

I can honestly say that if I've received a complaint about you as a Mod, ever, I have no recollection of it. Not saying I haven't, but there certainly isn't an overwhelming number of them that I would've even recalled you were a Mod on that board without looking at stats.

No, we want people who have shown that they understand the rules, are willing to abide by them AND willing to enforce them appropriately as Mods. Someone who has shown that not to be the case is not a desirable moderator and therefore turned down when requests are made.

Lol - I couldn't care less if you're banned on that or any board. It's totally up to you if you choose to violate the rules, then the repercussions are generally restrictions or bans. Glad to hear you're not planning on violating the rules, though. That wouldn't be a good idea as a Mod.
