You have to wonder why Lugee is retaining Abdi Mahamedi on the board.

You know, Abdi was very reluctant to have John Kang step down as both Chairman and CEO after both the Medical Manager fraud conviction which failed due to statute of limitations and the successful class action lawsuit brought against Kang by shareholders.

Abdi was very weak and ineffective and terribly slow to act as Chairman of the Board.

So, you have to wonder why Lugee is keeping him on the board. His vocational interests are pretty much 100 per cent in real estate.

Second, I still question why Bruce Bromage is still an executive at LQMT. There were many more knowledgeable people than he for developing business and developing sales and marketing.

When these two go, I will be firmly convinced that Lugee is putting a lot of emphasis on building up LQMT.
