Agree on retail malls. I was a Sr. Acct at a few malls for a period of years and watched them decline. However, dual purpose malls are a great idea. They should convert old abandoned malls to residential, retail places. Baby boomers are plentiful and living in a space like that where they don't even have to go outside would be perfect.

Lets see where this goes this week.
