I really hate to speculate on this subject as it could, of course, be one of several things, but if I were to guess (because of the recent filings), I would agree with SOG's theory of a buy-out....RMRK is still associated with Richard Redfern as a consultant when/if they need his experience or advice.....that, coupled with the fact that they have interests in gold mining properties which are close to some of the biggest gold mining operations in the world, lead me to believe this carries a great risk to reward ratio.
