Well, I wish you luck, bu't don't believe there are many short shares in HHSE. That is such a common refrain on the chat boards, but the reality is that it is difficult and expensive to short a penny stock.
The big problem w HHSE is the number of legal judgments against them, and the increasingly aggressive collection efforts. IMO, the collection efforts will make any real merger impossible.
And of course, no uplist or NASDAQ listing is remotely possible until an audit is completed.
That's what Eric lied to me about, and I can't trust someone who lies about something as fundamental as an audit being "almost complete."
