So James and his wife, the owners of so much stuff, such as CHIF, Red Mansion, LLC and now NSAD have, seemingly, gotten screwed losing one of a couple court cases.

And it means NOTHING to some even though this is the property that was so hyped to us and how great it was all gonna be there. Damn, and it's now in foreclosure??? Yet not a WORD was said to anyone about it. Well, until a "basher" who, it seems to me, has been following the litigation and who came forth with the RESULT of that litigation and post it. KUDOS TO FRENCHY! But, wow, who would have thunk a "basher" might post good DD?
