I'm no lawyer either... But it seems to me that a State action may compel FINRA to take further action... Or at least should. My 2 cents...

My 2.5 cents worth is...

Civil court orders and judgments don't mean jack shit to crooks. Maybe to most law abiding citizens and folks with a conscience, but not sociopathic crooks. They jus ignore them or come as a slight irritant.

I know of plenty of judgments that honest hard working contractors and service folks have obtained that are completely ignored. All the court stuff did was waist more time, energy and money and create much more frustration.

It seems these folks are desperate, as most are, in trying to collect their money form folks that just don't give a shit.

They did after all create the debt by ripping them off by fraud or as a means to commit fraud.


There's GOT to be a better way...
