My point exactly, they tell the truth. GIGL CEOs tell the truth unlike other companies that lie to their shareholders. In fact, it does not say that there "will" be dilution, only that there might be. Other companies, who know that there will be dilution, say the word "will".
The reason why I dumped my other stock in favor of GIGL is because I want to invest in an honest company that does not lie to its investors
