Raw material always come from China

If non CE volume is big enough, he will order more machines. Once machine counts become significant, it will make sense for him to bring in ingot equipments in house. It will allow recycling in house and just in time ingot inventory control.

With two machines, ingot (not raw material) will be shipped from china.
