The only text he ever sent said "When I have something I will inform all the shareholders". So IMO it appears that the shell is ready for a RM. I doubt he is going to develop any Co at this point. Even the website has no trace of the old Co ( the future home of something quite cool?). My guess is a new entity is coming. I've text him a number of times but he has never replied. The least he could do is acknowledge my text. If there is a Bitcoin Co interested in this shell we should know by the spike in volume soon. This stock has zero volume unless management is moving forward.
