The SS was update 4/28 by the TA. This TA is part of a group that allows for automatic updating of the SS every two weeks instead of when a filing is received.

Float is 1.175bil. That's not bad for a pinky. Also, I verified last week there were 509mil shares shorted from Mar 31 to Apr 26. Add the shorts to that from the 27th and 28th and you have appx 550mil.

The CEO has been talking to specific people but not everyone. His posting of the board message here from guidelines shows that he supports what was said.
