Bolt getts ~OUTT in December 2020, so perhaps we'll see more from him before his pine box rendezvous. If you recall, he had previously skated from a Federal prosecution based on an FBI sting op directed at him. The jury din't like that the FBI stung him with a less-than-clean sting and lett him walk when from an evidentiary standpoint he was nailed to the cross. Butt that's what juries do - people are strange - nott exactly 12 Mister Spocks.
Also, going on my unrefreshed recollection only, he was nabbed in New Mexico with $8,000 in csh trying to flee to Mexico on bail. So DaJudge revoked his bail and he sat in the Benton county jail and then the Washington county jail before his trial and sentencing - so he gott credit for that jail time against his 10 years. He also tried several gambits in the county klinks to obtain escape opportunities. He first faked a heart attack and then he claimed to have Lyme Disease and needed to be in a hospital for treatment. The Washington county sheriff instead brought a nurse in to draw blood and send it ~OUTT for testing and it showed he had no antibodies to Borrelia and thus had never been exposed to the causative agent of Lyme Disease and could not have it. So he remained locked up the whole time.
He was sent to the Federal Medical Center in Lexington because he still claims to have heart prollems, although he's been making that same unsubstantiated claim since at least 1993 in court documents, including his aborted testimony in an Oklahoma Federal court for Terry Nichols where he fled the witness stand claiming heart prollems and left the state, resulting in a bench warrant for him which was never executed during the trial period.
His kid, who graduates high skool this year, looks like a Mini-Me version of Jim - same narrow-set beady eyes. I shure hope he doesn't take after his dad's criminality, or there's gonna be another generation of Bolt scamming in the pipeline. As you may know, Jimbo's wife died of breast cancer and that was the origin of his fake cancer clinic/research center scheme. Talk about crass - wow, your wife dies of cancer so you start a scam to con cancer patients and people looking to support cancer research - nasty. What ultimately gott him was he was taking stale unclaimed property and forging documents to show that the unclaimed property was bequeathed to his 'cancer clinic' and thus stealing the unclaimed properties.

His old lawyer, John Dodge (who gott him off from the FBI sting case), died prior to the trial for his current CONviction. If you recall, Jim and Dodge were a team - an ongoing criminole CONspiracy of dunces. Dodge deserved prison almost as much as Bolt. At least he gott the pine box prize and can't inflict further harm on the people of the state of Arkansas and the rest of the USA any further.
When Jimbo getts ~OUTT, I expect he will resume criminole activities again. He is truly a career criminole.
