Only if the financials do get released, can a judgment be made on the truthfulness of what management says.
However, given the track record of management. It is unlikely that the financials will be released and the failure by management to live up to it's fiduciary duties will continue.
Remember,
The financials are late.
The dividend has not been given to shareholders.
Management has not been truthful with shareholders.
FDA approval is tomorrow. Which never comes.
