But just like you always preach, don't state your opinions as facts.

My comments on the company not being profitable are factual. I was addressing your original commentary on establishing a PE ratio. Not a forward PE ratio or one using projected revenue instead of earnings which as I pointed out they don't have, either.

I don't think it's a pos, btw. I thought TTIN was, yes. Trina diluted the hell out of it and cashed in pretty well at shareholder's expense. And before he secured the Pestmaster franchise, I also thought it was a pos because nothing he said he was going to do or acquire ever got done.

Now, it seems he's focusing on the Pestmaster franchise which is fine. It's a good mom and pop business for someone to get int like a lot of franchise opportunities are. But as to market value, I view it's fairly valued by asking what someone would pay for it in a buyout. Not what OTC traders can run the stock to.

You can have your own Pestmaster franchise for around $100k, if I recall my research. Maybe double that to account for ancillary business the contracts bring in. Right now, at $.0002, the mv is $500K. I wouldn't pay $500K for a company that's losing money presently. And I don't see them making any for a few years, at least. Read their financials. Of course, they're not audited so take from them what you can.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
