Also... The SEC litigation release came out very late in the day on Friday. It's possible the US Attorney's Office--which handles a lot more cases--just didn't get around to issuing its own release.

So perhaps we'll see something on Monday.

God knows Jim Bolt deserved his 10 years. He would have deserved 100 years. He may really be the most thoroughly evil character ever to inhabit Pennyland.
