I know you weren't asking me so hope you don't mind my $.02. nobody knows how this will play out. All speculation at this point. All we can do is look at the majority shareholder and his history. Roche could be planning to make a media/advertising giant out of rvue's existing company(having media/advertising background) or making rvue a true holdings company as the name fits, and rolling other companies in(having many that could be rolled in tomorrow) Either way, the way I see it is-too much wrapped up here not to do one of them. Just feel like he is here to do something big. His history suggests nothing less.
