One thing I have learned about MODS is they are as in the dark as anyone on the boards they claim to have done their DD but in essence, they are just mouthing off because things are not going their way.

The truth of the matter is if there is information that can be found online or in literature then it can be shared with ALL SHAREHOLDERS without criminal implications.

The only DD that is needed is to find out if a stock has been DE-LISTED or have been reported to the SEC

If it is still listed then it means it is still possibly a VIABLE BUSINESS ENTITY.
