After reading the press release here's what I came up with.

ETP closed at 35.93
SXL closed at 23.94

35.93/23.94 = 1.501 multiple

So if you had 10 shares of ETP you will have 15 shares of SXL, however, the name of SXL will be changed to ETP. So, your share price should open at 23.94 or somewhere close.
