History shows Maggiore buying stock each year in the April/May timeframe. So this would appear to be a continuation of that pattern. The only outstanding question would be how often he will be going to the trading window this year. Obviously in past years he's stepped to the buy window numerous times.

Our exceptional mgmt team should be submitting request to SEC for confidential treatment of certain components of the 8K filed on the Nutriquest deal. But I doubt they even know about that treatment and probably don't realize it may put them at a competitive disadvantage in any future licensing negotiations. They should pull the original back as soon as possible.

Anyway, wonder which year we next get some news. It's kind hilarious the most recent OTCQB certification shows ZIVO engaged with 3 IR services. What's the purpose if you can't even structure a proper and informative PR.

Still waiting on finishing up ZTS collaboration. GRAS. Where's news on beverage front ??? That was after all made a big show at the shareholder meeting. Still havent seen any money noted as coming in although HEP Investments could have supplied more cash.
