refer to a "report" which YOU refuse to post proof of its existence.
"The SEC Short Report"
which YOU claim shows zero shorts for OCT 2015. Can you even show YOUR report for any month in 2017.

I'll make it easier:
Can you show that report for "ANY OTC STOCK, ANY MONTH"

As for the "reports" I quote:
One is called "the daily short report" (although like you say, it's not officially a "short" until after 3 days)

That reports shares which ARE NOT BUYER/SELLER MATCH WITHIN 30 SECONDS.
I NEVER REFERRED TO THAT REPORT (YOU MISTAKENLY THINK I DO), EXCEPT TO SAY IT DID NOT SHOW THE 1,914,709 VALUE WHICH I AM QUESTIONING
AND TO "VERIFY" THAT MY TRADING VOLUME FOR THE MONTH MATCHES THE "MM MONTHLY "SELL" REPORT.

DON'T CONFUSE THAT REPORT (I DON'T) WITH THE
"BI MONTHLY SHORT INTEREST REPORT" from the following OTC website
