Could you make the electrodes that go into the formic salt bottles as in/out controls?

Does MVTG make those?

I was thinking small bottle of formic salt with electrodes installed, easy to carry and move. Small enough but enough to take in electricity from one solar cell and store that in a small bottle and then use that to charge cell phones and laptops.

Any thoughts?
