I think they have to ship to a wholesaler, like Republic. From what I can tell they distill, bottle, warehouse, and register brands.

I need to check but I think many states don't allow distillers to also be wholesalers.
Texas does, and I think that's why they could direct ship to retailers as the importer for Distinguido, which was 3 or 4 Pierce scams ago. I realize the importer is different from the distiller, but I think that applies in TX.
Regardless, ISBG (the one spelled Spirits) getting a license here or there like TX and LA isn't enough to get the brand on a shelf, as I'm sure you know. The novices they target.....don't, or don't care.
