PPS seems to move very easy. To me this is a sign of the float being locked up. Yesterday we bounced off the .0165 area 6 times. Seems like real support there. Maybe that's where mm's want to cover at before any news hits. One thing for sure, when big news hits this will move fast. People will have trouble getting in under .03. IMO
