Very well stated! I agree that it is in the best interest of MTIA to negotiate with Echo. DX technologies are ever evolving and improve so fast. What once was groundbreaking one year may be obsolete the next year. If litigation takes two years, the note holders may take possession of an antiquated technology that is clinically and economically inferior to new disruptive methodologies. Move forward with Echo or own a dinosaur!
