The hearing to suspending trading is next Wednesday...

And FYI - I never said NTEK would be suspended. I said there was a suspension motion before the court with the possibility that NTEK trading would be suspended.

The question those that don't follow their investments closely enough to notice even the most dire details on legal matters should actually be asking themselves is why Foley let it get to this point. And why the fearless genius would rather face a suspension hearing than abide by repeated court orders for disclosure.

What is Foley hiding?
