Of course they're going to pay in shares. They have no cash. At today's .1020 closing price, $405,000 is 3.97 million shares. I'm sure the company would have to sell the shares, to ensure the Soffins are made complete on the full amount of the award.

I doubt any negative impact on the PPS will be lasting. So there may be a buying opportunity.

Now, about those alleged Exxon "rumblings" you mentioned last night ... are you going to explain further, or let it wither quietly and concede it's the BS it appears to be?
