Judgement for the Soffins... $405K

Dodged a bullet there... CCTI was just grazed. It could've been much worse...
The Soffins are suing Morgan & Morgan, the law firm that originally handled their case against CCTI, for $333M.

$405K is small enough that it shouldn't have any negative impact on the stock price, but I think CCTI should appeal it. I’m no lawyer, but I know verdicts like this are often lowered on appeal because now that damages have been quantified, the defendants can argue why that sum is out of line.
