Why imagine that?

Traders accumulate size shares on the cheap, hold then distribute blocks into high volume/momentum.

Selling 100% of your position is foolish, as you could very well end up missing out on a much larger run.

In this case, i sold what I wanted and have been re- accumulating at .0002 on the retracement from.0006

Nuthin wrong with that!!
