Ken - you are of course entitled to pursue whatever path you think wise.
I'm just trying to help folks make informed decisions and it's clear where my thoughts lie.

And to use your phrase I have no interest in being on any "TEAM" with Liscouski, McGann et al ever again thank you very much. They are proven not to be Team Players and I'm pretty sure will be proven to be liars once all is said and done.

Frankly I think all this is moot as I can almost guarantee that's a deal that wont ever happen (i.e. management assuming the same risk as shareholders). These guys arent cut from that cloth and again I direct your attention to the table from the court document. Take a look at share dilution and the DEATH TRAP clause in their plans. These guys will never assume the same risk and why should they? They'll milk until its all done and move on.
