This company is not a scam. They employee well over 100 people make an award winning product which include killer outdoor gear. They are in the top 100 fastest growing companies in the states. They are just in financial distress. This could easily be on the Nasdaq at multiple dollars once dilution ends. You have no idea what your talking about
