I mentioned about a week ago that the note holders would more than likely wait to foreclose after the May 3 note is due. No forbearance granted which can only mean that the creditors will foreclose or they are working out a deal with ECTE which is highly unlikely. If Echo does file for bankruptcy, the proceedings will be very interesting. Have a great weekend!
