Just joined this MB and note few are here following HIMX.

I wonder whose sensors these are.....and HIMX CEO Jordan Wu said they had a larger retail customer.......so could it be HIMX sensors in these? Pretty unique purpose. I have an Amazon Echo and like that a lot for info and control of smart home.

Note also that STM reported and mentioned that they but their DSP sensors.

So, could these, and perhaps Apple next iPhone, be the reason for HIMX invested in Emza along with spending $25 million for new WLO Fab Plant for 2H 2017 sales......in addition to $65 million for new LCOS Fab Plant for 2018?
