@usob, the noteholders will not fight over over the assets. That is the collateral for the funds they gave to echo. Due to echo's current financial situation Ramad believes echo will not be able to make payments to file for bankruptcy protection. When the last note is due on May 3rd the noteholders will have the right to call in the note. If echo can not pay the council for the noteholders will go to court and request that echo being in default that the assets be turned over to them.
Echo's window of opportunity to make something happen most likely will be by the end of next week.
