If it isn't, why will the obvious note holders fight over its assets in court if Echo files Chapter 11?

If you don't represent PP or MTIA, the only other parties of interest could be LifeTech, a competitor of Echo's, all of the plaintiffs under the umbrella of the Manchester suit, or an independent investor that is not related to any of the above parties.
