think i'll wait till the last min this year to proxy vote, not that it will matter which way I vote since we'z joe jimmy bob blows don't have nearly enough controlling interest for our votes to make a lickshitebida difference anyway, but never the less. The compensation package will be the likely no area since it's been what 5 years now and still no M or A. If still no M or A by the SHM i'll base my vote then solely on the PPS value of the stock at the time. If it's back above $2 by then i'll vote yes, if not i'll vote no, cuz i'm a simpleton and that's what simpletons do.
