The judges in both the Long Side and K2 Cases have repeatedly issued legally-enforceable court orders demanding that NTEK answer everything both enforcement creditors require - under oath.
But rather than comply with those court orders, NTEK instead completely ignores those judges orders, instead continuing to dodge while accruing significant interest penalties and further sanctions including the potential for suspension of all trading of NTEK stock.
