Filings or no filings, what I long for is managements interests being aligned with mine . I don't care how "far out" the plan is as long as we (management and shareholders) are in the same boat. I only make money if the S/P increases . If they are willing to accept essentially the same terms (Very small salary but much stock appreciation upside), I'll take a chance. If they plan to keep getting $49k a month, risk free, forget it. At least 50% of their salary the first three years should be in shares they can't cash out for 36 months. If their families are O.K. with that, then so am I.
