I would like to clarify my below post to better reflect my point and avoid any confusion.

My posts are exactly what was being discussed and that was that no matter what 'tier' or filing a company makes with OTCM, they are nothing but advertising. And the last sentence in the above post is correct, there is NO difference between a pink sheet that files with OTCM and a pink sheet that doesn't file with OTCM.

Because filing with OTCM means nothing.
Thus no filing with OTCM is identical to filing.

Correction:

The only legit filing is an audited financial with the SEC and even scams that file with the SEC have been proven to have lied as well."
So, it's still buyer beware.
