Hmm...Kind of harsh.

I wouldn't say he has accomplished nothing. He has done the best he could under really horrific circumstances.

He has contacted those whom he believed would move the company forward. Unfortunately, the stream seems to have fish that take nibbles but none brave enough to swallow the whole baited hook. There are lots of reasons for that. Not many, Dan's own fault. But now, he is casting the pole.

The most positive thing is... that if Dan hadn't taken over, there wouldn't be a SRSR today, and we wouldn't be able to ponficate here.

Now, different managers have different styles, leadership roles, and functions. I would propose that present directors are probably not the best suited for moving SRSR forward. Trying their best. Learning, but this is not a position which can maximize their talents, it would seem. Well, it is obvious…results bare this out. Nothing has moved forward despite best efforts.

As a CEO and leader, you have to know:

"...when to hold 'em
Know when to fold 'em
Know when to walk away
And know when to run"

Unfortunately, there isn't much choice right now in who sits in the SRSR board and chair. And yes, until that changes…nothing of material might happen and progress.

But still…lack of communication and updates concerning company affairs to the shareholders is not a matter of "managerial" pedigree…it is common sense and courtesy to the shareholders. Present SRSR leadership would be getting a lot less angst if they would just honesty communicate.
