Yeah but those shares have to be purchased by someone for the shorter and the volume just doesn't show much of that either. There is little interest in the stock right now without any significant news. The pull back from the .02s was caused by negative news (10-K, lawsuits) and seems it has settled on that news and is now priced in.*

*News of the lawsuit is priced in but further news of judgement or dismissal of lawsuit has not.
