OIL retrace to fib .78 from rally
Pullbacks unless they have big candles and volume usually do not
go much past .618 to .78. (fell to fib .78).
Is it possible one more low and this is a fake move YES.
then retest of 47.01. OIL normally likes take its time to
bottom. So most of down move is over.
