According to CCGI's 10k, it was supposed to go to ruling if no settlement was reached.

It's squarely JNSH's fault for not updating shareholders in what's becoming a baffling set of delays and continuances.

Frankly, there's no reason to believe a word coming from any source until it's legally binding.
