Has anyone looked into the companies that we supposedly own 100% of? Vensure Employer Services, Inc.
Weston Capital Management, LLC
Whyte Lyon Socratic Inc., and
an ownership interest in National Holdings Corporation

**We do not own 100% of National Holdings Corp**

Vensure looks like a legitimate company, Weston has been found guilty of fraud, Whyte Lyon I couldn't find anything, and I haven't looked much at National Holdings.

Thomas doesn't really say anything the CD besides the company was capitalized with it and later written down by $15 million
