Interestingly, NAFS actually lowered their O/S by a million since the last 10Q. That'd be negative dilution, folks. Glad to see company borrowing from officers rather than destroying the share structure through dilution.

Lots of good things could happen here IF CEO stays motivated and develops this thing. The fact that he finally did get the 10K out and that it lookes very good suggests NAFS may have a story and the 10K was worth the expense. Otherwise, CEO would have just let it float onto the greys, as seemed the likely course last week. But viola - There it was yesterday!!! At this point it all now rides on the 43-101. That will be the ticket to the show ... if it's positive. If the report is good and further exploration proves up 100M+ tons of resource (as historical data has suggested), we're looking at a retirment maker, imo, with a several hundred million dollar market cap likely even if they were to just sell the resource to a big player. If the 43-101 is less than stellar, well, time to pack up the toys and go home.

All just my very humble opinion, as always. Do your own dd, which is what brought me here in the first place. Glad to see some progress here. smile ss
