Good find Spidey... Are there any other companies out there that have NOT had to use human safety studies to gain approval??

I don't have access to the background on other "Animal Rule" studies for other products. Anyone chime in on this.

If there have been products approved using JUST animal studies- then it is a no brainer- a precedent has been set and the "NHP" is the final hurdle.
