Maybe it is tanking because it is May 2017 and if by September 2017 if vessels have to comply with new Ballast Water requirements then the orders should be pouring in as we speak! <<que chirping crickets>>. Not one flipping order as of yet! Me thinks these guys missed the mark big time on this opportunity! Going to $2 very soon.
